What We Are Looking For…
As a our accounting wizard, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s Quickbooks files, recording the purchase, renovation, and sale of our properties.  You will also be responsible for keeping the companies financial statements up to date. 

 

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in accounting, Quickbooks, and office administration.

  • Transactions relating to the purchase of properties
  • Purchase price and closing costs  
  • Liabilities
  • Rehab fees
  • Utilities
  • Inspections
  • Advertising
  • Landscaping
  • Debt Service

You will also be responsible for filing all paper and electronic invoices

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
    • VERY DETAIL‐ORIENTED – in fact, you must be the most organized person in the office
    • Proficient in QuickBooks (this is a MUST, no exceptions and there will be a test)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint (there will be a test)
    • Positive with an upbeat disposition 
    • Motivated to succeed and to help others succeed as well
    • Flexible!! Every day will not be the same day for you. You must be willing to accommodate for changes and to navigate obstacles 
    • Willing to do whatever it takes to insure the company and its team are consistently  reaching their goals even if it “Isn’t in your job description”
